The look and feel
Our fairy parties blended soft pastels and a whimsical back drop, a handcrafted setting perfect for photos and memories.
What was included:
- Full venue styling and installation: backdrop, feature arch, table scapes, signage and props.
- Table decor for 20 children: chargers, themed plates and cups, centrepieces and cookies.
- Soft play zone: cosy mats, tunnels and cushions styled to match the fairy theme for safe, creative play.
- Balloon styling: airy clusters and subtle garlands in coordinating colours.
- On‑the‑day setup, coordination and pack‑down by our team.
- Safety checks and childproofing of all installations.
Optional extras we provided:
- Fairy entertainers: trained performers in costume who led storytime, gentle games, simple crafts and magical moments.
- Face painting, glitter stalls (skin‑safe), or temporary fairy tattoos.
