Themed Styling & Party Planning Package

West London Parties specialises in bespoke, themed events. Every celebration begins with our Themed Styling & Party Planning Package, which forms the foundation of the service.

From there, we add a wide range of elements to create a truly memorable and unique party experience tailored to your child and venue.

Price: £2,500-£3,500 for a 2-hour party for up to 20 children. Additional children: £15 per child.

What’s included: 

• Initial consultation (phone or video) to confirm theme, age range, venue logistics and budget.
• Full concept design: mood board, colour palette and proposed layout.
• Themed styling on the day: backdrops, table styling, props, banners, signage, and themed small décor.
• Balloon installation (custom clusters or 2 medium garlands).
• Tables and chairs as well as tableware styling (co-ordinated plates, napkins, cups ).
• On-the-day set-up and pack-down by our experienced team.
• A concise event timeline and supplier contact list.

Optional Add-ons (priced separately):

• Entertainment: themed performers, face painting, balloon modelling.
• Cakes
• Premium balloon installations: large arches, full-room garlands, ceiling installations, helium.
• Activity stations: craft tables, science demos, storytelling corners, soft-play hire.
• Catering coordination: bespoke kids’ menu, grazing tables, cake table styling (food costs charged separately).
• Stationery & print: personalised invites, banners, place cards, favour tags.
• Professional photographer/videographer.
• Additional on-site staff (hosts, extra coordinators).
• Extended party time or additional hours for set-up/pack-down.
