We transformed the venue into a high‑energy, stylised world where K‑Pop glamour met fantasy action for our K‑Pop Demon Hunters party. A striking, theatrical celebration that thrilled fans and non‑fans alike. We created an immersive experience full of bold colour, dynamic lighting and interactive moments so children could role‑play, dance and hunt for clues in a safe, guided adventure.
The look and feel Our design married glossy K‑Pop aesthetics, neon accents, graphic stage backdrops with dark, fantastical elements like a spinning Soda pop can prop. Costumed performers and choreographed mini‑routines gave the event a concert‑style energy, while themed set pieces provided cinematic photo opportunities.
What was included:
- Full venue transformation: stage backdrop, themed set pieces and dramatic lighting.
- Table styling for 22 children: character place settings, themed centrepieces and childrens.
- On‑the‑day setup, coordination and pack‑down; safety briefings for all activities.
